Who we are
This website is operated by the Antonio Carnevale Group (registered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; additional operations in Nicosia, Cyprus). For privacy questions, contact info@carconcapital.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the fields you enter: your name, email address, company or organisation (optional), selected division interest, and the content of your message. We also collect your IP address at the moment of submission, for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies on this site. We do not set any cookies.
How we use it
Submissions are delivered by email to info@carconcapital.com (general inquiries) or partnerships@carconcapital.com (partnership and division-specific inquiries), where they are read by members of the Group and responded to. We use the data only to reply to you and, where relevant, continue the conversation about a potential engagement.
Who we share it with
The contact form is delivered through Resend (email infrastructure) and hosted on Vercel (static site and serverless function hosting). Both process submission data solely to deliver it to us. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain submissions in our inboxes for as long as is operationally useful. You may ask us to delete any record we hold about you at any time by emailing info@carconcapital.com; we will confirm deletion within a reasonable period.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email info@carconcapital.com to exercise those rights.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers (HSTS, Content Security Policy, strict referrer policy). Submissions are transmitted encrypted to Resend and delivered to our inboxes. No system is perfectly secure; we do not guarantee absolute security of transmitted data.

If this notice changes, the "last updated" date above will reflect the revision.
