A family holding, professionally run

Each of the Group’s five divisions runs as its own business with its own leadership, client book, and P&L. The family sets direction and long-term capital allocation, but day-to-day execution sits with division leads. We recruit outside the family where the role requires it, and we work with external advisors, auditors, and specialists, the same way any institutional client would.
